Alexander graduated from Monash University after completing a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Archaeology and Classics before deciding to return to study and pursue his other passion – the law.

Alexander was admitted to practice in 2020 after completing a Bachelor of Laws with Victoria University. He further completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law.

Before his admission, Alex worked as a paralegal at several criminal law firms around Melbourne, gaining a valuable understanding of criminal procedure and practice.

Alexander is a criminal defence lawyer with Furstenberg Law. He appears regularly as a solicitor advocate in the Magistrates’ Court and County Court of Victoria in both regional and metropolitan areas.

Alexander practices primarily in summary and indictable crime. He has experience in a range of areas that include but are not limited to drug, sex and traffic offences.

He believes thorough preparation, diligence, and tenacity are critical to achieving successful outcomes for clients. These principles are the cornerstones of his practice.

Alexander feels strongly that every individual, no matter the seriousness of the allegations is entitled to a full defence without fear or favour.
